I do have confirmed seats (that was confirmed at the time of booking itself) on an alternative (but less preferred) train. The latter seats are also together. Can I rely on whether I would have "good" seats on the waiting list/confirmed seats, at least in the same compartment? Is there a chance that these "confirmed" seats that are without any coach/berth information at the moment would be "unconfirmed"? To put it another way, should I cancel the other tickets? Sasaram, Raniganj and Parasnath ... now the list will go on. The Superfast Status of this train will end up in Poorva Exp/HWH-KLK Mail's situation ;-( --------------- PS : Every additional stoppage for a "Superfast" Train is a nail in the coffin for that train's "type". It soon changes that train into a "Mail-Exp" Type train. I also fear for KOAA-ASR SF Exp's future as even Himgiri Exp had started like Punjab Exp in initial days BUT has now landed in a Lal Quila Exp Type situation ;-p ================== Note: Other Stoppage Blunders for SF Trains are as follows :- 1) Barh for Poorva Exp... Sir actually there is only one JU hwh connecting PARASNATH to rajasthan we were demanding this stoppage since last 3 years .Parasnath - Sammed Shikharji is the most holy place for Jains . IRFCA is already maintaining a detailed loco database so in my view it is not a good idea to invest our energy in this area. Yes sir IRFCA really has a good detailed Locomotive Database...
