Yesterday this train was having 200+ berths vacant in 3AC class. And as usual delayed by +3 hrs. This train demand is decreasing due to delay, and day time scheduled run. Why no one is accountable, and not taking any action.

You mean to say that this train should be taken by SER. You are absolutely right, but for current situation this TT is fine I think, simply if departing it with extra time can help this train to recover some delays. Well I am also planning a TT of 20816 as well. I will share its link on this post.
VSKP - TATA Express is running behind BBN - TATA Passenger and TATA - VSKP Express is running behind TATA - GUA MEMU Passenger. At least TATA - VSKP Express should leave TATA before TATA - GUA MEMU Passenger, if it cannot reach TATA before BBN - TATA Passenger.

In the return direction 13352-Allp-Dhn and 18190 ERS-Tata almost run one behind the other right from ERS till ROU with just 2 hrs difference....I think they can try the same in onward direction as well. Old TT of Tata-Allp, it used to reach Rourkela at 18:15. DHN-Allp is reaching around 7:45pm. There is a diff of 1.5 hrs. No harm in trying this option.
Well do check my imaginary trains of vskp tata with improved TT.
Earlier there is such TT. But ECoR spoiled by allowing at day time. Hope they change it back. Today's trains also from vskp delayed 3 hrs.

This may not be preferred train for people from TATA to RKSN and then from CTC to VSKP, because they have many other options. But for people from RKSN - CBSA - DPS - BSPX - KDJR - HCNR - JKPR - CTC belt have no other options. This train is the only option these people have. So, for these people, travelling by this train is compulsion.

No problem regarding demand. But What about punctuality? From more than an year this train is facing the problem of timing and people will not prefer to travel end to end, first of all day time travel, second delay, due to which odd time arrivals happen.
Rescheduled trains generally go vacant upto some extent, just have to check on the day of departure
We railfans or members of this forum need to understand that we form a very small community in numbers to travelling public members ratio and members may not be travelling in all trains from the region.
Delay occurs with this train because it's time table is wrong. Many sections are there where trains have maximum speed limits. But in order to make it qualify as superfast train and in order to levy superfast surcharge, speed of this train has forcibly been kept more than the maximum speed limits in those sections. So delay has to occur. Remove superfast tag and let this train arrive Tata around 9:30 am with same departure time of 3:30 pm from VSKP. Then see how timely it will run. I had told earlier also that this train used to run timely before getting converted into superfast, because at that time the time table was made correctly.

Earlier the train used to leave Vskp at 1930 and arrive at 1030( approx timings) and return in afternoon. After lockdown a slot is made at 1530 Vskp for all weeklies towards BBS. So this train is arriving at morning at Tatanagar. SER instead of providing dep in evening made it to leave in morning. Associations have put proposal to make it triweekly and restore to afternoon or evening as Tatanagar Allepey is now delinked and proposal is also put up for triweekly.
Though its return time table is in day time. Practically it always gets rescheduled by more than three hours and then reaches Visakhapatnam about four to five hours late i.e. in morning around 4 am which is the same time as earlier time table. So practically its return is always overnight.
Yesterday rescheduled by 1.30 hrs and reached 6.40 hrs late @05.25 AM instead of 10.45 PM😝😝🤪 started from TATA 4 hrs late and on route delay 2 hrs.
This is happening on its every run. Even railways knows that it can't run this train according to the superfast time table. Superfast tag is only to extract extra money from passengers by the name of superfast surcharge.
Overnite train from Tata to VSKP and vice versa is very much needed. Loss of Tata-Allp slip has not ended up well for Tata passengers. They lost the only daily connectivity to Vizag. Tata-ERS runs at an odd time and doesn't touch Vizag which is of no benefit at all.
7 day trip to Hyderabad and Vizag. 1st time in this train. Return to VSKP on 13th.
