and what should indore and dewas passengers do then. FYI this was originally running to indore only but just to free up platform was extended to Ratlam. You can not skip a big city like indore just like that
This train is started for maximum Indore and Gwalior passengers with time it got extended in both directions because the rake lies idle for long time, now people want to bypass this train doesnot make sense
The people from Indore to Gwalior and gwalior to indore need one more daily train atleast with the current load of passengers.

Time Table of a train needs to be designed with considering overlapping time with other trains.
Extension till Lucknow or Kanpur is somehow possible but no chance for Ayodhya.

Lucknow tak bhi ho jaye to acha hai kam se kam daily connection ho jayega shivpuri Guna Gwalior Bhind ke passenger ka
Lucknow to Ayodhya 1445 @lko is definitely possible. But ayodhya to lucknow at 1830 @ayc is definitely not.
Reason - there is a queue of trains around this time in same direction : Doon, farakka, Ayodhya exp, Sabarmati, kaifiyat, Marudhar, Saryu Yamuna, Amritsar hamsafar & Kota Ptna.
