All these things are nonsense.... its not a big improvement...
What actually matters is TRAVEL TIME.... which very much depends on AVERAGE SPEED... Its not a big achievement if you touch 160 KMPH for a very short duration.
People travelling within DElHI-AGRA may save around 20-25 minutes which is not a big thing. Most of the people will not shell too much extra just for saving 20 minutes.

will actually matter is increasing the average speed of long distance trains..
if we can increase the average speed to the range of 90-110 KMPH... we can save 2-6 hrs which be really a achievement.
Its an irony that we have trains with MPS of 110-120 KMPH but average speed is 50-60 KMPH only... i feel sad
