It will be terminated at prayag only I guess. Talks were going to short terminate it at ALD. Anyhow, when Prayag Ghat terminal would be ready all these trains will move there.

Railway is decongesting ALD but not giving proper facility to reach Prayag Cheoki like stations
Connection to prayag is decent as its very much within the city, Chheoki has bit issues as its the other side of Yamuna, however now a days autos are available at Chheoki most of the time.
