Rlys need not more counters at Extensions/Suburbs. But not a wise idea to close existing counters.
IR should be given more and more licences for the private Jansadharan Ticket Booking Sewak.
Moreover these JTBK should be permitted to reserve ticket / unreserved ticket without any extra service charges. They should be permitted to charge the same cost of ticket which are issued in the Railway station counter.
Minimum service charges should be borne by the Indian RAILWAY and should not be collected from the passengers.

I myself, a resident of Jayanagar, use PRS at Jayanagar, i see it having good number of people booking there. But thinking of closing down PRS at such an important area of Bengaluru is really a bad decision.
