Trolley service, Soft music throughout the journey, staff were courteous & polite as practice of asking tip was not there etc . were previously available in Shatabdi speaking of the ones plying on Asr route .. I don't how does this help in make over of service ... when politeness, comfortable journey are basic things expected out of Railway in lieu of service to the Passengers...Thnxs!!
