Track: Construction - Electric-Line Tripling

Yo, CM Yogi Adityanath kicked off the Agra Metro on 6th March, 2024 and yo, it's now open to the public from 7th March, 2024 at 11AM.

The groundwork for construction began on 7th December 2020 but digging for the underground section started in April 2022 and wrapped up in just 23 Months from then.

Right now, the Metro is running on a 6KM corridor, with the Agra Fort Railway Station of Indian Railways just 500 meters away from the Mankameshwar Metro Station.

Not only the Agra Fort Railway Station but the Agra Fort Bus Station (also known as BijleeGhar) is just a short walk from the Mankameshwar Metro station.

The second Metro station is right in front of the main entrance to the historic palace Agra Fort, named after Dr. BR Ambedkar.

The third Metro Station is at the entrance to the west gate of the Taj Mahal and is called TajMahal.

The fourth Metro Station is in Tajganj on Fatehabad Road, which is near many fancy hotels and wedding venues, making it super handy during rush hours. This station marks the end of Mall Road.

The fifth Metro Station, named Lt. Captain Shubham Gupta, is also on Fatehabad Road, right in front of the Radisson Hotel.

The sixth and last Metro station on the southeast side in phase 1 is also up and running for the public and is located in front of TDI Mall on Fatehabad Road. Even though it's named Taj Mahal East Gate, the actual East Gate is around 2.5KM from there.

Within the next year, 4 more Metro stations will be up and running, including one right in front of the Main Gate of Raja Ki Mandi Railway Station of Indian Railways. Additionally, there will be a Metro station at the Medical College and another at St. Johns Crossing on MG Road.

The final Underground station will be near RBS Inter College.

CM Yogi Adityanath ne 6th March, 2024 ko Agra Metro ka inauguration kiya aur ye Public ke liye 7th March, 2024 ko 11AM se khula hai.

Nirman ka shilanyas 7th December 2020 ko hua tha par Underground section ka nirman April 2022 mein shuru hua aur uss samay se 23 mahino mein taiyar hua.

Abhi tak Metro sirf 6KM lambi corridor par chal raha hai aur Indian Railways ke Agra Fort Railway Station sirf 500Mtrs dur hai Mankameshwar Metro Station se.

Sirf Agra Fort Railway Station hi nahi Agra Fort Bus Station (Jo ki BijleeGhar ke naam se bhi jana jata hai) sirf kuch kadam door hai Mankameshwar Metro station se.

Dusra Metro station hai itihasik Agra Fort ke mukhya dwar ke samne. Metro station ka naam hai Dr. BR Ambedkar.

Teesra Metro Station Tajmahal ke west gate ke entry point par hai aur Metro Station ka naam hai TajMahal.

Chautha Metro Station hai Tajganj mein Fatehabad Road par jo bahut saare luxury hotels aur shaadi gharon ke paas hai isliye is Metro Station ka sthal bhi peak hours mein kaafi upyogi hai. Ye station Mall Road khatam hone wale sthal par hai.

Paanchva Metro Station ka naam hai Lt. Captain Shubham Gupta jo sirf Fatehabad Road par hi hai aur Radisson hotel ke samne hai.

Chhatha aur antim Metro Station Janakari hai phelhe 1 ke South East or public ke liye shuru kiya gaya hai aur ye TDI Mall ke samne Fatehabad Road par hai. Haala ki iska naam TajMahal East gate rakha gaya hai par Taj Mahal East Gate yahan se lagbhag 2.5KM door hai.

Agami 1 saal ke bhitar, aur 4 Metro stations shuru kiye jayenge aur unme se ek sthal bhar Raja Ki Mandi Railway Station ke mukhya dwar ke samne hoga Indian Railways ka. Saath hi ek Metro station Medical College par aur doosra St. Johns Crossing par MG Road par hoga.

Antim Underground station hai RBS Inter College ke paas.

Get out of pf.1 and head to the main auto stand. Taj Mahal and Bijli Ghar will cost you Rs20 per head.

Pf.1 se nikal aur jaa auto stand pe. Taj Mahal aur Bijli Ghar ke liye Rs20 per person hai.
