I will have to board 12551 YPR KYQ AC SF EXPSS from YPR. Prior to that, I would have to reach YPR from Trivandrum, Kerala by train no. 16316 Kochuveli - KSR Bengaluru Express which goes upto KSR Bangaluru City (SBC). That train (16316) halts Bangaluru Cantt (BNC) also. Please let me know where should I deboard (leave) from train (16316) to reach YPR station , SBC OR BNC ? Please.

Thank you for your reply, but I will arrive one day before, means 12551 will start on Saturday , I would reach Bangaluru on Friday by that train. Now please tell me...where should I stay BNC or SBC?
SBC I would say. Lodging facilities would be better over there.
Thank you.. I have one more question...as I will have to board 12551 YPR KYQ AC SF EXPSS and will start from Trivandrum (TVC), I am little confused what would be better option to boarding that train(12551) either at originating station Yashbantapur (YPR) or Chennai central (MAS) ?
You should board From where you are booking and comfortable place.
