Prof. Kumari stated that Pachamba is an old city with a dense population and numerous surrounding villages. While the Intercity Express passes through Salaiya Station, it does not stop, depriving thousands of people from its benefits. They demanded that the train be stopped at Salaiya Station, a demand that has persisted since its operation began. They also argued that the name Salaiya is not well-known, with the station actually being situated in Pachamba, thus advocating for its renaming. The protesters warned of a larger movement if their demands were not met. The protest was attended by several prominent BJP leaders including Vinay Kumar Singh, Tulsi Rana, Shyam Sunder Ram, Samir Deep, Amit Arya, Suresh Gupta, Shubhdeep, Sanjay Sahu, Rajesh Rajak, Kishori Sahu, Rajesh Bhavani, Gautam Soni, Mohan Tiwari, Bajrang Rana, Thakur Ravidas, Mahendra Ram Gaurav, Balram Ram, Nageshwar Ram, Narayan Sinha, Akhilesh Tiwari, and Manohar Ram.
