No not allowed. Fire items are not allowed in train. Will cause Jail
Plz don't carry this in train. It is illegal to travel carrying this due to safety issues.
What if it catches fire (discretely) and explodes and you're gone for good or bad. What if you're caught but not by the police, but by Hades. Will you take the risk?
Not everything is about legality, somethings are about common sense and for your own safety, and if you care enough, then for other's safety, too.

Can be risky in any way. Like if RPF get to know, then fine will be charged obviously and chance of getting arrest. Or even if any co- passenger might complain(depends on individuals) but can be managed upto some extent. Just strictly ensure its nob is absolutely closed and safe.
