Question is, What benefit EcoR or SCR will get if it is speeded up ? It won't reduce the number of rakes, increase in idle time, occupancy is always full even with current timings. Except for SF charge, there is no other benefit. SCR can try RSA and do something, then SF can be made with delayed start and early arrival.

True. No benefit for either sides. I beleive they can try extending it to TATA ither via Talcher or via Hijli with TATA arrival around 10:30PM and departure around 3AM with a speedup ...so that TATA don't have to hold the rake for more than 6 horus and SC will get a daily TATA connection beyond BBS

Why to extend to non odhisa place
Let it be dedicated to them
Run other to tata via jsg if needed
Konark, east coast, falknama hardly tkts

Ok as you wish ...then let it be with the same TT....unless they are going to extend it some other place beyond BBS, they won't change this TT. even if they change, it would be in 5-10m adjustments but nothing more. So let it be and enjoy the crawler :)

Why bother about speed tell scr to run around 7 pm from sc it can reach same time at vskp then to bbs
Tuni to vskp any how has 2 hr slack
Also gdv to bvrt gets ont connection
Once Visaka was late 2 . 30 hr still reach vskp, bbs on time dues to slack, when I was on train

VSKP LTT frequency should be increased to biweekly, Puri/ BBS LTT via SBP Titlagarh should be made triweekly and another biweekly from BBS to Pune sharing the slot in common route. The present other trains from Hatia and other locations should be given a new slot or make a parallel slot from Raipur to Kalyan and increase their frequency to LTT and and new trains to Pune.
