...when the concerned section will have enough substations, trains can have more electric trains.

For the same reason, Dooars route is taking 2coaching+2goods train per day with 'electric power' as of now

yes ur right, only 2 i feel becuz 12345 which reaches GHY around 10 AM it self will undergo little pf maintenance and leaves at 12;20 from GHY again. So if 12345 gets delayed then it will have cascading effect on 12346 (happens few times)
