stoppage was provided temporarily for some time (Nearly 1 year I think) and removed later for almost 10 months now.

It was very helpful for the people staying near ORR (Marthahalli to ECity) and Bangalore East (Varthur, Whitefield, Kadugodi). Now they have to travel atleast 20 KMs to catch this train at SMVT or Hosur.

Additionally, the SMVT Bengaluru - Danapur train route has been diverted via Maharashtra's Balharsha due to the flooded station. Further, heavy rains in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh have caused extensive damage, resulting in the cancellation of over 100 trains and disruptions in road and rail traffic. Many areas are flooded, and at least 10 people have died.
