It's sharp 4:50 am in the morning as Howrah bound Kamrup Express arriving Lumding Junction for it's scheduled halt led by NGC WDP4D and The Sun slowly making it's presence felt

15959/60 & 15961/62 must have better TT.
15959/60 must be made to run via Goalpara Town.
15961/62 must be speeded up. After 12525/26 got permanently cancelled Kolkata doesn't have any Good train to Dibrugarh.

Not needed I think so as Kamrup gets most of its passengers from stations after Guwahati /RPAN. Whole train comes from Dibrugarh with very less passengers . If new train is given then one AC weekly train from Kolkata to Dibrugarh is enough
