Got it to Know from MMCT depot staff, MMCT based trains do not display RSA on their boards except for Gujarat Express
Rare baat nahi hai regular link hai Mumbai ADI base ki trains ka vaise bhi wap7 se kya hi hona jab slow avg hi maintain karna hai Wap4 bhi to 130 fek hi deta hai
Ig Paschim ko yard remodelling ke bad BDTS bhejke Dehradun ke sath RSA kar dege.
P7 se ye rhta h ki Power car ka diesel bachta h. Baaki to P4 kaafi h.
Upar se ST CDO bhi lazy ho rha. No new TBs for TG after Lhbfication.
One thing is observed that some early morning ADI/GNC arrival and departing trains are having PM at other terminals. Lokshakti departing as Yoga has PM at BDTS. Somnath departing as Jammu Tawi has PM at VRL.
So if WR ADI & MMCT divisions agree to shift PM of Gujarat Mail at MMCT, by not changing terminal of DDR and brings 19411/2 SBIB DLPC to ADI and also shifts it's PM to MMCT, then one more slot might get empty at ADI & SBIB.

Feasible option but it need one Pit at MMCT which difficult to arrange and other end 2 PM slot will be free at ADI
