UTTARANDHRARAILSEVA~ 1913 blog postsSR proposes to make it a Bi weekly with the change of days of travel and with the same single rake . If it is approved by RB , it is very useful to the Darjeeling bound tourists.
It is used by patients & college students of North Bengal mostly as well as by people of Durgapur , Asansol
It is very difficult for a single rake train to cover NJP-MAS biweekly😬
It requires another rake for the bi-weekly movement. If SR introduce another rake for this train, then they can utilise it for other trips as well after the NJP-MAS trip. It will reduce the W/L queue as well. This is somewhat decent and neat when compared to other trains on this route, except Humsafar and AC Exp.
