Minti Anna , it's due to the gradients and braking. P7 won't have jerk issues till JTJ , in JTJ to BWT we can feel jerks . Again in SBC MYS stretch we can feel
CBC coupling does jerk when accelerating and decelerating and is more pronounced as the no of coaches increase. You will find lesser jerks in a 10 coach train than a 16 coach train , which will still be lesser than a 24 coach train.
At present most of the express and superfast trains have more than 15 rakes. Considering this, jerks are here to stay to make journey uncomfortable. Note: Even using toilet seems dangerous.
