I have done sheer stupidity
I have to cancel Gwalior NDLS ticket but I canceled this
now again i have to book same ticket and this was tatkal ticket

very simple if u cancelled u got ZERO and for the same berth IR will get another booking ....so double phayeda seat sold out 1 profit double
