The biggest touts are the clerks sitting in the PRS...just tell is it possible to book tickets by touts without connivance of PRS clerks...the touts are not sitting on the system...it is the railway employees who are touts...
Yes. Why need to limit online only? PRS also can issue 6 tickets per Aadhar card. Let them issue a ticket card. Each time they can make an entry whenever they are taking ticket. :)

Railways should make mentioning ID card no compulsory at the time of PRS reservation as well as online booking of tickets.ID card no of at least one passenger must be mentioned at the time of booking and this should be checked by TTE in the train. This will help in reducing touts malpractices.
