These are projects of National Importance and No National political Party play politics with these projects. And BTW this is a FAD( Foreign Aid for Development assistance) Project and Japan is giving loan at an interest of 0.1% with 50 years of repayment duration after the completion of the project so whether it's Congress or BJP, both will give priority to this project and for your information the first MOU between Japan and India for R&D regarding Mumbai-Ahmadabad bullet train was signed by the then PM of India Manmohan Singh.
