I think it was a blunder by the railway authorities to not to include the LED lights in the design phase itself for new local rakes as most of the bombardier rakes have been received in last 1 year or so.
Now they will replace the existing lights and thereby wasting a lot of money. Question should be asked to the people who approved the design with conventional tubelights
