Ambala News: रेलवे ट्रैक से हटने को तैयार नहीं किसान, 133 रेलगाड़ियों का संचालन प्रभावित

Due to farmers' protest near Shambhu railway station, 133 train services were affected on Thursday, April 17th. 58 trains were diverted, 62 were canceled, and 13 were stopped midway and resumed later. This disruption could worsen for travelers during summer holidays, as many have already booked tickets and may have to...

cancel them and find alternative travel options. The summer holidays are about to begin, and train waiting lists are already exceeding 100, adding to the problem. Currently, only 153 passenger trains and 40 goods trains are operating, down from the usual 300+ passenger/express, passenger, and goods trains. Of these, 36 passenger trains are bypassing Ambala Cantt station and heading to Ludhiana via Dhuri-Jakhal, forcing passengers to travel to Ludhiana first. The situation is compounded by the cancellation of 70 passenger trains since April 17th. The train services will remain affected as long as the farmers are on the railway tracks, impacting travelers heading to distant destinations during the summer holidays. Passengers are advised to have backup plans.

Shambhu railway station ke paas, farmers ke protest ki wajah se, 17 April ko 133 trains ka chalna band raha. 58 trains ko alag route se chalaaya gaya, 62 cancel kar di gayi aur 13 ko beech raaste mein rok kar fir se chalaaya gaya. Ye dikkat summer holidays mein aur...

bhi badh sakti hai, kyuki bahut saare log pehle hi tickets book kar chuke hain aur unhe cancel karke dusre option dhundne pad sakte hain. Summer holidays shuru hone se pehle hi trains mein waiting list 100 se zyada ho gayi hai, aur farmers ke protest se aur dikkat badh gayi hai. Ab sirf 153 passenger trains aur 40 goods trains chal rahi hain, pehle 300+ passenger/express, passenger aur goods trains chalti thi. Jab tak farmers railway track pe baithenge, train services aise hi affected rahenge. Isse summer holidays mein dur-durar ke areas mein jaane wale travellers par bhi bura asar padega. Travellers ko dusra option bhi tayyar rakhna chahiye.
