tak 588 km tak faila hua hai, ko Coimbatore aur Mangaluru divisions se replace karne ki plan hai. DYFI is move ko Central government ka Kerala ke saath neglect karne ka ek aur example kehte hain, khaas karke division ki historical importance aur Mangaluru, Kozhikode, Palakkad, aur Shornur jaise bada stations se hone wale revenue ko dekhte hue. Division ko band karne ka ye faisla pehle bhi Kerala ke revenue ko limit karne ke liye kiye gaye attempts ka part hai, jisme new trains ko rokna aur existing trains ki count ko kam karna shamil hai. DYFI Kerala ke logon se is decision ka virodh karne ka aagrah karta hai aur isse state par hone wala negative impact ko highlight karta hai.
