8 hours, departing Madurai at 5:15 am and arriving in Bengaluru at 1:15 pm. The return journey leaves Bengaluru at 1:45 pm and arrives in Madurai at 10:25 pm. The train is expected to stop at Dindigul, Tiruchirapalli, Karur, and Salem, with possible additional stops at Namakkal and KR Puram. Fares are estimated to be around Rs 1,200-1,300 for chair-car passengers and Rs 1,800-2,000 for executive-class travellers.
