extension of the Udhampur-Srinagar-Baramulla Rail Link (USBRL) project, would cut through the middle of the stadium, which also houses an indoor sports complex. Local residents and the college that owns the land are concerned about the impact on the stadium's historical significance and the college's academic environment. The Deputy Commissioner of Baramulla has assured the community that he will attempt to secure alternative land for the railway line.

Local residents aur college, jiska yeh property hai, wo stadium ki historical significance aur college ke academic environment pe impact hone ka dar rakhte hai.
