The "Utkal Link" passenger was started when the service of Kalinga Utkal Express on Jharsuguda - Tata - Kharagpur - Bhubaneshwer section was suspended to avoid its run in the aforesaid section during night time. Seen here is that train slowing down to enter Panposh, the penultimate station on Jharsuguda - Rourkela section. Taken onboard Rourkela - Koraput Express.
