Furkating Junction (FKG) is a major railway junction in Assam, located on the Guwahati-Lumding-Badarpur line. It connects with the Tinsukia-Dibrugarh line, making it a crucial transportation hub. With two platforms, it serves as a gateway to the tea gardens and scenic landscapes of the region, offering amenities like waiting rooms and refreshment stalls.
