Ranchi Div./SER. Section- Bondamunda- Hatia (S/L).
1)UTV machine was going on line clear from TATI stn to KNRN (Kanarwa) stn. given at 20.46.
2) BCN HTE arrived at TATI at 21.18 on main line. 3) UTV, carrying Rail, rolled back without any information and dashed with loco of BCN at 21.30. Gradient 1 in 100.
4) LP, ALP and UTV DRIVER injured....

5) ARME ordered at 22.30 and departed HTE at 22.55. Train movement is being done through first loop . 6) Injured Operator and Khalasi of UTV sent to Hatia for treatment by 17007 express.
7) Rourkela ARME started the cutting of loco door for rescue of LP and ALP. ALP & LP expired.
