You can omit Paharpur Halt. Reduce Halt time at GMO to 2 mins. And make it faster between DHN-GAYA. You can easily cover that by 3 hrs, since it is just starting its journey.
Thank you all for suggestions and green flags. I have implemented most of the suggestions.
As there is always heavy traffic in these routes, i feel it is better not to make TT more agressive.
