I request members to kindly flag of this HareKrishna exp from Vrindaban (presently Mathura) to Guruvayur.
(1) Convenient timings for pilgrims from Vrindaban to Guruvayur (useful for pilgrims from Chennai also).
(2) Presently this will start from Mathura, after conversion of MG line it will start from Vrindaban itself.
(3) Please check return train also IMG23643 from Guruvayur to Mathura

The train is going via Chennai because that will also help pilgrims from Chennai to Guruvayur. Moreover most of the trains from Chennai towards Delhi skip Mathura, except GT (03:45) and the very slow Andaman express. Therefore passengers from Chennai will prefer this train having convenient timings.
I gave a halt at Punkunnam because 16127 stops there.

1. I am not asking for skipping of Chennai. Instead of Central, it can go via Egmore to save time. Otherwise, TT is OK.
2. About Punkunnam, your justification is not convincing for a train covering more than 2000 Kms. It is just 2 kms from TCR stn within town.

Punkunnam stop is now removed. Please give me some time to think about going via ED-TPJ and Egmore. That will greatly benefit passengers in those areas. I want to know opinion of others also. Kindly comment please.

I don;t know if this train can be introduced.I think Guruvayoor station lacks maintenance facilities.
