Monsoon TT may not be applicable for RMM - MDU. Can run with 1.5 hrs delay till PGT and then make it 2 hrs delay after that.
What is the reason for 1.5 hrs till pgt? What is the benefit if the delay is decreased by 30 min? I have aimed by delaying it in order to fill the gap left by 12617 and make passenger movement smooth during that huge gap created.
because there is not much rain in TN during SW monsoon. But Monsoon TT can be accounted from MDU as it rains over there well in the SW monsoon.
There are no disruption for train speed there as in konkan bcoz it is not a ghat section. So time change is made not for this reason that it will rain in kerala and not in TN but to have a train in SRR-CLT-CAN-MAQ-MAJN section during those times.
