For abut new trains Rly minister answer is here with news link also.
Railways Minister Suresh Prabhu has discontinued the practice of announcing new train routes in the Rail Budget, instead focussing on running special trains. “The trains are working at a capacity of 170-200 per cent. That’s why we need to increase the capacity. The entire plan is to augment capacity,” Mr. Prabhu told The Hindu in an interview this week.

Then should try for spl trains.why to extend exisiting trains.for the kind info of you now a days trains are introducing as spl trains and then converted to regular trains.

Please comment on this Extended Version. As extended Zone changed to SCR and speed increased and some halts removed as new trains are introduced in those sections, and not needed for this train which are barricades for speed.
