Why the 2 numbering 17401 Slip and 17403. Why not just call it 17401 Slip?
In the return it just says 17404.

I am not sure. The official IR site lists 17404 and 17402 as separate trains and the return as 17401 TPTY MTM NS express. There is no 17403 listed on the IR site and IRCTC as well.

22619 -> in 3ac ...try your luck ..in the same train from BSP there are 2 seats avbl after charting ...narayandri should confirm ..but from tenali ...or book in padmavati with boarding point as KZJ ..in sleeper it will be RAC ..in 3ac may confirm or RAC ...in 2ac confirm ...
