GaganB 949 blog postsI spotted this train today at Bhogpur while waiting at the railway crossing. It was completely empty, maybe few people in AC coaches but sleeper was empty. Does this train always run empty or it's a rare case? An emd probably WDP-4 was hauling in LHF mode, couldn't notice the shed.

Even newly introduced 19271/ 72 BVC HW weekly Express is running with 192xxx number.
Also when Saurashtra Janta's PM shifted to BVC from BDTS with RSA 12971/ 72 Bandra Bhavnagar Superfast, it's number also changed from 19017/ 18 to 19217/18.
