3 mins - just for TT purposes, practically it will take more time
For VSKP, 20 min is just right. For MAS, there will be something more than just reversal. Hence 55 mins.

That in TT is reduce the 100% expected late running. The only thing happening there is a loco reversal. No cleaning will happen also and mostly will get a ED WAG 7 from MAS..
