For subsequent services, reservation will open 10 days in advance excluding the day of journey.

Konkan_Railway 369 blog poststhe premium spls LTT-ERS, LTT-TEN & PUNE-ERS should stop at stations like karwar , udupi, kannur, shoranur & thrissur then this prms will get exellent patronage
But most of times due to signal clearance it stops on many stations between journey, as those trains are for some specific periods only.So you can expect stoppages there, but if the signals are clear then no stoppage other than it's schedule halt.
You are right I had a very pathetic experience in premium exp /blog/post/1211033
at least technical stops can be given at those stations as there are many passengers alighting & boarding the trian at those stations...
