Actually this train has not yet been started. Its first run is on Dec 27. So answer to your question is difficult. Priority depends on the situation prevailing on the day of the run. We have to wait and see what is the average punctuality. Avg speed is 63 Km/h(SF special).

But I have personally witnessed the parallel arrival of SC-YPR Garib Rath and CAN-YPR express when both used to arrive at 07:40.
