The UHP/Udhampur station has been changed to MCTM Station. Also all other trains stop at MCTM as per their respective TTs. If you are thinking about the first run, then the TL can be updated after the end of the run.
I am taking about booking... still has not been started....

If the train booking hasn't yet started then there isn't any problem in keeping MCTM as the stop.
