Nai nadeem bhai, they don't include dinner. I don't think they'll be able to listen to your claims for dinner even if the train gets hugely delayed because the dinner is never loaded in this train.
The advertise revenue is used for the overall zone and not only for this rake. There ie no nexus in advertisment on a train and its maintenance

Also there was some issue in CNB-NDLS stretch today. All overnighters like Sharmshakti, Gorakdham, Pryagraj and others reached late @ NDLS today by approx 4 hrs

Achha bhai ye train tip nahi tha...LKO shtbdi subah 6.10 pe Ndls se chal ke right time 11:20 pe kanpur pahuch gayi aur subah 6bajeKanpur se Kanpur shtbdi delhi 2:45hr late...dono ka same route.. hai...LKO SHTBDI ke route theek ho gaya lekin kanpur shtbdi ke liye nahi..
Dono ka route same hai lekin ek UP line pe hai aur doosri DN line pe.. Bahut fark hai...
