Till now water bottles (4) morning breakfast ( Upma & Pickle) and snacks ( cake, bread, butter) is been supplied by Railway authorities.

waiting at Block Hut B near Vyasnagar for signal clearance.. Passangers can deboard the trains upon entry in Uttar Pradesh if their destination is same or close to the halted station. Chandauli Mughalsarai and other nearby pssangers successfully deboarded

Yes, to avoid reversal it seems. however, they have provided its alternative.
actualy bgkt- bilaspur express will also start very soon.... so I think it is direct to visakhapatanam.
