This train could be short terminated at Shoranur or kozhikode and make route via Pollachi, Palani so that only 2 rakes are required instead of 3 rakes. SR is not bringing innovations in Zero-based time table other than seperatating TN and cape from Katra trains and chaning route of Kochuveli-Yognagari Rishikesh to Alleppy.
