This is the second one way special going to Chandigarh in last few days.This has composition 9-Sleeper, 4-General, 2-SLR. The first one was Mangalore - Chandigarh one way special with composition of 2- 3AC, 8-Sleeper, 6-General 1-PC and 1 -SLR.
Are these rake transfers for any new train from Chandigarh. As parking at CDG for train at any other place near by (such as Delhi, ASR, JAT, Katra) will not make sense apart from KLK.

few days ago there was a news that Jammu-Chandigarh train via Amritsar was agreed by Piyush Goyal. Is this all preparation of that. Looking at the coaches, there can be two rakes (1-3AC, 8-SL, 5-General, 2-SLR=16 coaches)
and JAT-CDG via ASR will require two rakes with sleeper configuration.
