One after another as IR doesn't maintain punctuality of special trains. Infact spls run in open timings.

I presume 02139 would be still given preference and 02103 is only a one way special, and it would only lag.

Yes completely empry, the return trip might have been much occupied
Railway ko bhi apna kartavya nibhana hota hai special chala kar, varna log blame karenge kumbh ke liye special nahi chalayi...
Aur sir railways ne bahut generously specials chalayi hai iss baar.
