Does anybody know why Railway Use different Train Number for a single Train eg: 64493-64461-64483 Palwal NZM KKDE Ambala MEMU. While Railway uses single train number for 64561/62 Ambala Saharanpur Delhi MEMU.
Same case is with some other pairs : 64453-64481; 64493-64461-64483; 64482-64452; 64462-64494.
This creates a lot of confusion for the passengers.

The Two cheap and best Trains to Delhi, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Palwal and New Delhi from Ambala , Kurukshetra, Karnal, Panipat, Sonipat are 64482/64452 Ambala Delhi MEMU.
64462/64494 Kurukshetra NDLS NZM Palwal MEMU.
64482/64462/64494 Ambala to Palwal and Palwal to Ambala is 256 Kms and fare is 50-60 Rs and 7 Hrs only (Need to Change Train at Kurukhetra (KKDE)). You will cross whole Haryana in This Train...

Ambala to Delhi and Delhi to Ambala is 198 Kms and Fare is 45 Rs. (No Need to Change Train in this case, Rake is shared by 64482 and 64452).
After Badli Metro is started, one has the option to get metro from Samaypur Badli which is just outside Badli Railway Station Platform Number 2 side. One can reach Huda City Center from Ambala in just 6 Hrs in just 40 Rs (UMB to BHD) +30 Rs (Samaypur Badli to Huda City Center)
Also you will get seats very easily if you are travelling from UMB, KKDE, KUN, PNP SMK, GNU. The rush is between SNP and BHD.
