This train should be regularised to fullfill the rush between two Important cities of India(Patna) and (Kolkata).
It will definitely help to ease down the booking of 12024/12023 Patna Howrah Jan Shatabdi Express and Vande Bharat Express.It's RSA should be removed to make into an intercity train by terminating at any terminals of Patna and Kolkata respectively.My suggestion:
Seadlah - Patliputra/Patna/Rajendranagar T Intercity Express or any other suggestions are welcome.It will be an hit once introduced or let's introduce Tejas between the terminals I have mentioned above.Give your points on it.

I think you are correct. Since it is getting passengers, running it as it is or converting it into a conventional ICE with few General coaches, both will attract massive crowd. I think one VB is enough; not enough demand for a Tejas. If there was, the VB would be running with 16 coaches, not 8.

The train will have same composition as 12023/24 & 12365/66 Jan Shatabdi Express. So, will utilize one rake from the RSA pool. It will be operated more or less on the same slot as 12023/24 but, on Sundays. It would depart just after 12305 from HWH.
