Are you here to enquire about other people whether or not they are Authorised agents or not?
2. Even if the person, who initiated this blog, is an agent, no where he has disclosed that he booked the ticket between 8:00-8:30 am.
3. 1068 Saket Express is not a premium train, so how can we conclude that the ticket was issued between 8:00-8:30 am.
4. Why are you putting your words in his mouth that "its indeed via personal id"?
5. Is booking ticket thru personal ID is illegal?
6. If it is the case, lakhs of individual users of IRCTC must be put behind bars.
Are you not HURTING the auth agent community, who is already reeling under depression for no fault of their own (debarring them from CK booking)?
Such type of postings will not only harm the agents community, but shall also steer away all agent bloggers from your site.
One of your admin Mr H2L has formed an association of auth agents. Is it your exercise to sabotage his plans.
Or you have no control on your moderators and admins?

now agent has made booking...
1. I didnt enquired & frankly, i dont need any clarification & if i did so, then it wasnt asked to u either.
2. No Agent will disclose here about his booking timing!!
3. Tatkal doesnt go high only for premium trains, but high on non-premium trains. Saket gets Regret within 10-15 minutes (and LTT bound train from rural hinterlands are high in demand)
4. Before being Admin, i am a blogger & very well have authority to express my own views (and in that case, Moderator would find word/mouth issue everyday from anonymous bloggers)
5. Dont mix personal id booking----Yes its illegal, if u r an agent (between 8-9 am)& i bet u 2 r & u do it thru personal id (as the loose end pains much, when pinched)
6. irctc users & irctc agent are different log-in identity!! Since start, u agents are trying to mix & gain sympathy out of this complex!! The abruption is for agents, not users, mind u!!

Sorry to say, but its not a community forum & no agent is been debarred (its tatkal been blocked in between 8-9 am) & this tatkal booking too is been done by an agent---Under all these circumstances, ur blame holds low & this site isnt a voice zone for agent but a place for railfans & bloggers' query!!
