Decker Express will make double profit. Snacks & Dinner should be available. Actually we need this kind of train in the evening. Upgrading Coalfield to AC Double Decker is the best marketing myopia for ER. THE LEFT OUT ICF BOGIES CAN BE USED AS ORDINARY PASSENGER TRAIN FOR DAILY PASSENGERS OF BURDWAN, ASANSOL & CHATTARANJAN.
3. For Black Diamond Express in the morning, needs LHB coaches immediately amd more AC coaches needed. Why there are countless general coaches, if there are 24 coaches, at least 10 coaches should be reserved including AC coaches! The train needs to be more speedier and it should be extended up to Bokaro. Easily it can go to Bokaro. Unnecessary wasting a longtime at Dhanbad shed. They never clean the coaches, most third class zone is ECR. Railways should take initiative that breakfast & snacks should be available at this prestigious train as before.
