If you're traveling by this train, don't forget to try the PC food. It will cost you around Rs120 and the food is really amazing. It includes 3 Chapati, Dal, Mix Veg (Dry), Chhole, Rice, Dessert (Local Sweet), Pickle. Lunch is served after Surat and Dinner around 9 PM.

Veg thali for Rs. 100 includes Poori, chhole, aloo matar dry, dal, jeera rice, pickle and water packet.
Potatoes were properly boiled and peeled. Rice was also good.
Definitely better than stupid meals on wheels food.
