If you have to take connecting train from DDU by using this MEMU then NEVER EVER do this mistake..!!!!
This MEMU is denied entry by DDU Division at DDU before 4am.
Due to it's RSA Partner 03384 DDU-GAYA MEMU Departs at 4am.. so to avoid ECR to be parked at PF or somewhere, DDU receives this train around 4am so that after 10-15min halt it can depart as 03384 Gaya MEMU.

to reach DDU, take any express train and not this MEMU, it reaches DDU 4-5 hours late daily

DDU ko rake park karne mein dikkat hai isliye isko time se nahi receive karta hai... NCR ko bhi problem nahi hai kyuki ye passenger/memu category trains ka punctuality matter nahi karti

I have just confirmed that the issue is STILL ongoing.

DDU is delaying a train for 4 hours due to platform issues. Do the railway officials understand that there might be passengers on board, in that train??

NCR stations already have weak connections to larger stations along the route, and the few trains they have are experiencing these delays.

This train is operating merely so that railway officials can claim there is a MEMU service between DDU and PRYJ.
